“ I'm not sure where all the bad service is coming from as my wife and I have been here multiple times over the course of a couple months and each time we've been greeted and had an excellent waitress. It may be because we go right after it opens and the staff is usually happy and cheery during that time. The food we have is always great and doesn't take too long and our waitress kept regularly checking in on us. I love the local photos of Tustin around the place as well, as it gives it a nicer ambiance than just another chain restaurant. The parking lot is of adequate size as there's other businesses in the area, heck I parked by Old Navy and walked there (there was plenty of parking there, just was too lazy to move my car). I would continue to keep going and feel bad that other people have not had this level of service that we received. Can't wait to go again and get our bread and pizza! ”

“ We came here on a Friday night and we were very impressed with the service on such a busy night. We had put our name on the waitlist via the app, and it turned out to be a great idea. When we arrived, our wait time was less than 5 minutes. As soon as we were seated in a nice booth, it felt like maybe 30 seconds went by and we were pleasantly greeted by Gabriella. She took our drinks and appetizer order, then in almost the blink of an eye, she came back with the drinks, This was a nice start to our dining experience. When we ordered our food, I noticed Gabriella didn't even need to write down our orders. She committed our orders to memory, even with alterations made. It was very impressive. When we asked for a side of extra dressing or extra napkins, she promptly returned with them. One of the most impressive things was that she would bring us refills on our drinks without us having to ask. She just peeked over and probably saw the glasses were almost empty, then swung on by with a fresh, full glass. The food was very tasty. I think one of my favorites here is the Spinach Dip appetizer. It's incredible and the chips are perfect and salty. The wedge salad is also big enough for two. So very delicious. We will definitely return to this CPK in the near future. Having excellent service makes the dining experience so smooth. Plus it m makes the food taste just that much better! ”

“ We ordered one pasta, one salad and one pizza to share among three during lunch. Out of the three, I like the pasta the most. The store is not very busy. It is a good sit down place for friends gathering. Next time, I will try the happy hour menu. ”

“ I really enjoy the pizzas served at California Pizza Kitchen. My favorite pizza is their Sicilian Pizza. I like the different types of meat on the pizza such as the sausage and pepperoni. The servers are friendly and attentive, which I like. The decor inside is nice as well. The only con is that the service and wait time can be slow at times. Overall, this is a great restaurant. Their unsweetened black tea is also good as well as the cucumber reviver. The bolognese here is also good ”

“ Even at the new price of $9 (a 50% increase) this is still a decent HH Special. Wish they had a dark bet on tap because the Mexican lager is not great. Really enjoy their HH specials and service is always great! ”
